She took our orders and many other orders, cashed us out, and prepared our sandwiches, delivered them to us at our table with a smile. That's customer service! Thanks Stacie. "I went in here to grab something to eat & I am so happy I did! The sandwich was delicious! I had the Turkey Avo & side of deviled egg mac n cheese. The lady working was amazing and the entire place is great! I highly recommend coming here if you’re able."

"This is my go-to place when I have a taste for a good salad. I'm really hooked on the great Chefs salad. The veggies are really fresh and the dressing is tasty. I found them when visiting the equally great wood fired pizza place next door. I visit weekly and alternate between the two places. And the deli sides like the cucumber salad make a great addition to the larger pizzas. And a small pizza and dinner salad make a good combo. So often I buy from both places. UPDATE: Quality has been taking a drop over the summer. Salad bowls not as full, minimal "Chef" in the salad, "extra" ranch cups half full. I know inflation is hitting hard, but if the quality isn't there it's hard to pay the price."

"SUPER COOL sammich place in the heart of historic Belton!!! Katy Deli is located inside Katy building it reminds you of Union Hall in Waco - right here in Belton!!! Met a colleague and friend here today for a catchup meeting and was WOW’d!! I didn’t even know they’d finished setting this place up!! Katy Deli serves HOMESTYLE sammiches, MAN sized salads and HEARTU homade soups; they really put their hearts into building their sammiches! Today I had the Veggie on Sourdough n let me tell YOU!! LOVED IT!!! I RARELY finish an entire sammich in one sitting but this one I just couldn’t put it down! Two Large slices of sourdough are toasted a golden brown and loaded with some veggies you’d expect - tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber (are those marinated???) and some you Don’t - like spinach and FANTASTIC roasted corn and black bean salsa!!! Really Ups the WOW factor!!! Check out Katy Deli right here in downtown Belton. You will Never go back to those S guys!!!"

"I saw this little place on google and wanted to try it. I opted for the daily soup and the deviled egg macaroni salad because I was going for a cheaper lunch and the sandwiches and salads were a bit higher in price that I wanted to pay. (but comparable to everywhere else) The egg salad macaroni was not what I was expecting, and I LOVED IT! I was expecting sweet relish taste and did not get a pickle taste at all or sweet. It was really good. I think I will go back again, just for this. The Tortilla soup had a lot of flavor. I'm weird about meat and had to pick the chicken out, (it was probably good chicken) but the texture was a no for me. But the rest of the soup was wonderful! My coworker got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich combo and two types of fudge. She said it was all very good. The staff were so sweet and helpful. I would come here again."

"This is such a small little place. The customer service was fantastic! The owner is so warm and friendly. I ordered the Dagwood sandwich and it was delicious. Comes with chips and a pickle. We sampled some homemade fudge and it tasted like cake batter! Also sampled I believe it was a vegetable soup? We had to get a bowl to go as well . It was perfect on a cold day! There are tables to sit and eat. I can't wait to go back and try other items."

"Nice little sandwich and soup place on a nice food court place in downtown Belton. They offer a good variety of sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts. The seating area is comfortable and is shared by other establishments on this building. This is definitely a good option to go and eat something light and yummy if you are around the downtown Belton area."
